Park Introduction
Shenzhen Universiade Center is located in the northeast of Shenzhen City, in the west area of Longgang Central City, about 15 kilometers from the city center, with a total area of 520,500 square meters and a total construction area of 290,000 square meters. Designed by the German GMP company, the main stadium, main gymnasium, swimming pool and other venues are like three crystal boulders, distributed in a triangle, and cooperate with the surrounding mountains, green land and the surface of the Universiade Lake to form a unique "mountain, water and stone" structure. As an innovative product of CR Land, Shenzhen Universiade World has a commercial volume of 65,600 square meters and is a new exploration of urban space operation services.
