Park Introduction
Kuichong Ecological Sports Park is located at the Kuichong exit of Yanba Expressway in Dapeng New District, adjacent to Yanba Expressway and Pingkui Road. It covers an area of 86,700 square meters and is divided into Phase I and Phase II. The first phase of Kuichong Ecological Sports Park covers an area of about 33,200 square meters, and the second phase covers an area of 53,500 square meters (including 10,000 square meters of water area). The park has built the Dapeng New District portal sign sculpture, which means "the city of mountains and seas", and the sign sketches such as "Dapeng welcomes you", created the node landscape of rockery waterfalls and winding water flowing wine cups, carefully arranged the children's playground for all ages, built an elegant and beautiful Bailuting book bar, and equipped with an accessible ecological toilet. The ecological sports park arranges the space according to local conditions, and the interface at the corner connecting with Pingkui Road is completely open, presenting an "open" and expanding the visual space. The municipal sidewalks and bicycle paths are seamlessly connected with the park lawn, truly realizing "people in the park, the park in the city". It is also connected with three projects, namely the Kwai Chung River landscape improvement, the Kwai Chung River small watershed comprehensive management and the Sanxi River downstream comprehensive improvement project, forming an ecological landscape of "mountain, sea and countryside" at the gateway of the new district.
