Park Introduction
Shenzhen Sanzhoutian Forest Park is located in the northeast of Yantian District and the south-central part of Longgang District in Shenzhen, about 25km away from the city center. The park is planned to be divided into two areas, East Park and West Park. The latest adjustment area of Sanzhoutian Forest Park is 3817.5 hectares. Among them, the East Park area is 1745.3 hectares, the West Park area is 2072.2 hectares, and the West Park area is about 20 square kilometers. The park spans Yantian District, Longgang District and Pingshan District, and is close to the Eastern OCT Scenic Area. The mountains in the park are mainly hilly and mountainous, with high terrain in the northwest and low terrain in the southeast. Among them, Meishajian is the highest peak, with an altitude of 752 meters. It is the third highest peak in Shenzhen, second only to Wutong Mountain and Qiniang Mountain. The park can climb high to look at the sea, relax and exercise, or explore the primitive ancient village and tour the 100-acre plum garden. The forest vegetation in the park is well protected, with rich animal and plant resources. It is also a natural oxygen bar, suitable for citizens to visit on weekends and holidays.
