The total number of collections exceeds 6,500 volumes, mainly including general genealogy, historical records, Hakka celebrity collections, traditional customs and culture, and language learning (due to the preciousness and scarcity of the materials, they are not available for loan at the moment); as well as children's, picture books, and social science documents that can be borrowed and returned. The Hakka Special Collections has been included in the "Library City" unified service platform, providing surrounding residents with book borrowing, reader card processing and other services, and realizing the borrowing and returning of some books.

- Park Opening Hours: Tuesday to Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday to Sunday 10:00-20:00, closed on Monday (opening hours for statutory holidays will be notified separately).
