Park Introduction
Shenzhen Yantian Central Park is located opposite the Yantian District Government on Haijing 2nd Road, Shatoujiao, Yantian District. It was built in 2014. The open park area is 56,282 square meters, and the children's play area is 3,500 square meters. It is divided into a play area, a roller skating area and a big octopus landscape area. The big octopus landscape designer is Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, who is also the designer of the world-famous big yellow duck. The park landscape design of Yantian Central Park combines waterscape, overpass, sunken square, wave platform, etc. to meet the needs of citizens of different ages. The park's green landscape includes more than 40 kinds of plants, including the Royal Coconut Palm Avenue, leisure lawn, water lily landscape pool and various flowers and shrubs. The trees can present the park plant landscape of flowering in all seasons for tourists to enjoy. In terms of transportation, the A and B exits of Haishan Station on Metro Line 8, the Shatoujiao District Government Station and Yantian Central Park Station can directly reach Yantian Central Park, which is very convenient for citizens to go there.
