Park Introduction
Park Introduction Wuzhiba Park is located in the northwest of Shenzhen City, at the intersection of Songgang, Xinqiao and Gongming Streets. It is bounded by Nanguang Expressway in the east, Xinyu Road in the south, close to Changliupi Reservoir, Tantou and Furong Industrial Zone in the west, and Datianyang Industrial Zone in the north. The total area of Wuzhiba Park is 391.72 hectares. The terrain is mostly about 200 meters above sea level, with large and small hills rolling up and down. The highest peak is Datougang, with an altitude of 237.4 meters. The park is centered on"two axes, three zones, and eight scenes". The two axes are the landscape visual axis and the lakeside ecological green axis; the three zones include the lake viewing activity area, the wetland experience area, and the mountain forest tour area; the eight scenes include the countryside welcoming the glory, the lake and mountains in sight, the kite herding clouds, the pool breeze and the bathing, the flowers and fragrance, the bridge and the waves, the green song, and the rain forest. Cultural Activities On November 1, 2021, the 42nd"Citizens" Long-distance Running Day" Songgang Street Long-distance Running Event officially started at Wuzhiba Park."Citizens" Long-distance Running Day" has been carried out in Shenzhen for 41 years, witnessing the development of Shenzhen's national fitness activities. The relevant person in charge of Songgang Street said that he hopes that through long-distance running activities, the masses will be encouraged to love sports and life, and lead a healthy and civilized lifestyle. Citizens are called upon to actively participate in various undertakings in Songgang with a stronger physique and a more uplifting spirit, and make greater contributions to Bao'an"s efforts to build a benchmark urban area for the pilot demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Wuzhiba Park covers an area of more than 1,800 mu, with a 5.2-kilometer greenway, 8 scenic spots, 14 hiking trails, a viewing corridor bridge and a glass trail. The park has the Wuzhiba Reservoir, clear water and green mountains, and elegant gardens. A three-story antique building, Songyun Building, is built on the top of the mountain. Climbing up the Songyun Building, you can see the surrounding Songgang scenery from afar, which is pleasant and exciting. Next to the reservoir, there is a Lingnan courtyard with antique style, pavilions, towers, and waterside rockery, which reminds people of Jiangnan gardens. A tower stands tall, reflecting the characteristics of Lingnan architecture.
