Park Introduction
Honghualing Low Carbon Ecological Park covers an area of 650,000 square meters. It is located at the junction of Longgang, Longcheng and Pingdi streets in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, in the northeast of Longgang Central City, adjacent to Honghualing Quarry on the north and Longhuan Avenue on the southeast. It consists of Xinsheng Reservoir, Tianzushang Reservoir and surrounding land. The park is dominated by natural mountain and forest landscapes. The park is designed with the main entrance square, several leisure squares, main park roads, secondary park roads, and mountain trails. The main entrance parking lot has more than 150 parking spaces. There are 3 visitor service centers and a landscape tower. The design uses LID low-impact development technology to realize the ecological technology system for urban rainwater collection and utilization, and implements the construction concept of an ecological and environmentally friendly sponge city.
