Park Introduction
Bao'an District Cultural Center was formerly known as Bao'an District Mass Culture and Art Center. The upgrade and renovation project was launched in May 2018. After the upgrade, it formed "Bao'an 1990" (library, cultural center, and concert hall) together with the concert hall and Bao'an Library Children's Branch. Bao'an District Cultural Center is equipped with 10 business categories including dance, music, drama, folk art, fine arts, calligraphy, photography, literature, theoretical research, intangible cultural heritage and network digital services, and has opened WeChat public accounts and public cultural cloud services. Bao'an District Cultural Center undertakes tasks such as popular cultural and artistic guidance and training, public welfare mass cultural activities, guidance on the creation of mass literary and artistic works, and protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. It mainly plays the role of a frontier position and display window for mass culture in grassroots public cultural services.

Shenzhen Longgang District Cultural Center, founded in 1993, is a section-level institution under the Longgang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau and a national first-class cultural center. In July 2005, it moved to the Cultural Center Building in Zone B of Longgang District Cultural Center, with a total construction area of 16,000 square meters. It has small theaters, exhibition halls, rehearsal halls, training rooms, piano rooms and other service facilities. The main functions of Longgang District Cultural Center are to carry out public welfare cultural and artistic services, community art education, mass cultural activities, foreign cultural exchange activities, related cultural theory research and intangible cultural heritage protection and utilization work in the district, promote the construction of the district's cultural center service system, coordinate the service resources of the district's cultural centers, realize unified linkage services, and be responsible for organizing relevant cultural and artistic creation activities in the district, carrying out the creation of public cultural and artistic masterpieces, and guiding the district to carry out cultural volunteer services.
